These are bars made with real raw superfoods. They are made with fruits and nuts. They are dairy and gluten free. They contain omega 3 and 6. There kosher non gmo. When i first got these i thought they were going to be hard bars... But there soft instead... Which i love.... These were really good... They made me feel like i have more energy... And there great for you to eat... Very happy with this products. They have different flavors to try...
