Email there company... they sent 2 drink samples a tote bag sticker and coupons for there product... i love there drink mixs... they are good for you and make you feel refreshed.. i blend them up in my blend with different fruits and juices... sometimes i even add coffee to them... believe me it taste really good... these are Heather for you... and since i started drinking these i have been staying away from pop.. will be buying more from there....
