Well they have many different oils to choose from... Some of them have a really strong smell and some don't... These are great oils for you to relax and clam your mood... You can also drinks some of there product... These really seem to help with my stress level and help me to clam down at night... I have a really hard time sleeping at night.. Most of the time I'm up all night. And these seem to help me clam don't at night... Really loven these products...
